Specific rules governing league competitions, tournaments, and ranking events sanctioned in Gauteng.
## 1. Sanctions
All league and tournament events within Gauteng must be sanctioned by the GTT executive committee at least 30 days before the event.
## 2. Eligibility
Players must be registered with a GTT-affiliated club and have paid the current season's membership fee to compete in sanctioned events.
## 3. Ranking Points
Ranking points are allocated in accordance with the SATTB national ranking system. Regional events carry a weighting as determined by the GTT executive committee at the start of each season.
## 4. Protests & Appeals
Protests must be lodged in writing within 24 hours of the disputed result, accompanied by a protest fee. The protests committee shall rule within 7 days.
